1. Installment Down payment - down payment is to be paid in 8 equal monthly payments.
- entitled to pre-selling discount of php 40,000.
2. Spot Down payment - down payment is to be paid in cash.
- entitled to a pre-selling discount of php 40,000.
- entitled to 8% discount on NTCP ( net total contract price )
3. Cash Payment
a) Deferred cash - entitled to pre-selling discount of php 40,000.
- 5% discount on NTCP.
- Final Contract Price is to be paid in four equal payments.
b) Spot Cash - entitled to a pre-selling discount of php 40,000.
- 12% discount on NTCP.
- Net Final Contract price is to be paid in full upon official reservation ( OR ).
